  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibility
  • Compile reference documentation for internal teams during handover;
  • Perform fault analysis, classification, and troubleshooting of incidents through the support portal;
  • Provide network circuits traffic monitoring and updates;
  • Follow up closely with providers on faulty circuits and ensure issues are resolved as per the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA);
  • Liaise with customers to provide updates as per the agreed SLA;
  • Manage and resolve all Level and Level 2 Technical Escalation involving Nevigate Links, CPE, and VPNs;
  • To escalate up to Nevigate Level 3 and/or management, if issues are not resolved or encountered prolonged delay to resolution.
  • Perform customization of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Perform shift work
  • Other ad-hoc tasks related to network management and technical provisioning delivery;
  • Provide onsite support if required

Requirements

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelorâs Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (IT / Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • No working experience required
  • Preferable specialized in network/cloud technologies/ Programming in Python, JAVA, C++ for AI/ML application.
  • Interest in Internet services and project management.
  • Good verbal and interpersonal communications skills. English proficiency is a must.
  • Good to have- Mandarin proficiency
  • Excellent collaborative skills to work effectively with team throughout organization and committed throughout the six (6) months internship.
