The Assistant Vice President - Employer Branding, plays a pivotal role in strengthening Prasarana’s reputation as an employer of choice. This position is responsible for crafting and executing employer branding strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent. Key Accountabilities

Develop and Strengthen Employer Value Proposition (EVP):

  • Design a compelling EVP that reflects the company's culture, career growth opportunities, and commitment to work-life integration, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Omni-Channel Employer Branding Strategy:

  • Develop and execute multi-platform branding campaigns across job portals, career sites, social media, and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.).

Data-Driven Talent Marketing:

  • Utilise market research, analytics, and AI-driven tools to assess employer branding effectiveness and refine talent attraction strategies.

Content Creation & Storytelling:

  • Curate engaging content, including employee testimonials, success stories, and behind-the-scenes workplace insights, to amplify brand authenticity.

Internal Engagement & Employee Advocacy:

  • Foster a culture where employees become brand ambassadors by sharing their experiences through social media and referral programs.

Competitive Talent Benchmarking:

  • Conduct industry research to analyze trends, competitor employer branding strategies, and market positioning to maintain Prasarana’s competitive edge.

Partnerships & Community Engagement:

  • Collaborate with universities, industry leaders, and recruitment agencies to build talent pipelines and employer visibility.

Recruitment Event Management:

  • Plan and execute talent attraction initiatives such as career fairs, virtual hiring events, and industry networking sessions.

Metrics & Performance Tracking:

  • Measure and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as candidate engagement, application rates, social media reach, and brand sentiment to drive continuous improvement.

Innovation in Talent Attraction:

  • Leverage emerging HR technologies, including AI-driven recruitment marketing, predictive analytics, and gamification to enhance employer branding effectiveness.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent. Professional certification in HR, Digital Marketing, or Employer Branding is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment Marketing.
  • Experience in managing large-scale employer branding projects within complex organizations is preferred.
  • Expertise in employer branding, talent attraction, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in social media, employer branding analytics, and digital recruitment tools.
  • Proficiency in employer branding and HR technology platforms, including LinkedIn Talent Insights, Glassdoor Analytics, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) systems.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Enginer Optimisation (SEO), programmatic job advertising, and Content Management Systems (CMS).
