Accounting Duties
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary materials are available.
- Support the HR department with onboarding processes and employee record management.
- Help organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Candidates must posses min Diploma in Business Studies / Admin / Accounting or equivalent.
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Ms Office, excel, SQL Accounting Software
- Willing to learn and multitask
- Must have own transport
