Accounting Duties

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Administrative Duties

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary materials are available.
  • Support the HR department with onboarding processes and employee record management.
  • Help organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must posses min Diploma in Business Studies / Admin / Accounting or equivalent.
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Ms Office, excel, SQL Accounting Software
  • Willing to learn and multitask
  • Must have own transport
  • Able to work in team
