- HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, oversee HR policies, budgets, compensation and benefits, and support MQA programme accreditations.
- Organizational Change & Workforce Planning: Lead change management initiatives, workforce planning, productivity and digital HR transformation to prepare for the future of work.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Seasoned HR Leader: 15+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a dynamic and multi-stakeholder environment.
- Strategic Thinker & Change Agent: Proven track record in driving HR strategy, workforce planning, and large-scale organizational change.
- Talent & Culture Champion: Strong background in talent management, leadership development, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Industry Experience: Experience in higher education or knowledge-based industries is a plus.
