  • Entering billing, invoices, and schedule
  • Provide first level support to all phone/ email enquiries whilest meeting service level and SOP standard.
  • Identify Customer’s needs, clarify enquiries/ complaints and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with Internal Departments and escalate the unresolved issues to the second level support tem and esure all cases are followed through to closure.
  • Engage and going extra mile to satisfy customer’s needs to build customer loyalty.
  • Maintain records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensive manner for use of analysis and reporting.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Minimum two year of relevant experience in customer service environment.
  • Possess minimum Diploma or above
  • Must be comfortable with high volume of transaction
  • Customer service Oriented
  • Proven track record for improving process efficiencies and solving problems.
  • Excellent communication in both written and verbal
  • Excellent internal personal skills to connect with customer
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving skills and multi tasking ability
  • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
