Job Responsibility

  • Specialize in providing human resource consulting services - talent acquisition, management, development and career progression.
  • Source for best fit candidates through hiring databases, job portals, and social media.
  • Perform niche market research, market mapping and focused headhunting in specific talent pools.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications.
  • Perform pre-interview screening with the candidates.
  • Develop strong professional relations with clients, candidates and other important stakeholders.
  • Develop and improvise recruiting methods to attract potential talents.
  • Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs
  • Negotiate on contracts to bring in business opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Able to speak, read & write English and Mandarin is a MUST (need to conduct interview in Mandarin). Cantonese is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated individuals who can connect and build relationships with talents and stakeholders.
  • A team player who enjoys meeting people, sales driven, and works well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome.
