Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Channel Development Manager located in Puchong. The Channel Development Manager will be responsible for business planning, channel sales, account management, building strong partnerships with operator partners to drive sales and growth for vivo Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operator partners on sales strategies and promotions.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Conduct market research and provide actionable insights.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align channel strategies.
  • Negotiate agreements and report on performance.
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent stock outs or overstocking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with operator partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in channel development or sales.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
  • Willingness to travel for store visits and partner meetings.
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is a must.
