  • providing support to legal professionals with communication, documentation and internal managerial coordination activities, in law offices.
  • Tasks include –
  • Preparing and processing legal documents and papers, such as cause papers, agreememts, and other relevant documents;
  • Mailing, faxing or arranging for delivery of legal correspondence to clients, counter party and court officials;
  • Organizing and maintaining documents, case files and law libraries;
  • Screening requests for meetings, scheduling and organizing meetings;
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets, monitoring of expenditures, dand purchasing or acquisition of stationaries.
  • SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

  • Good attitude and responsible character.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate and numerate.
