- Tasks include –
- Preparing and processing legal documents and papers, such as cause papers, agreememts, and other relevant documents;
- Mailing, faxing or arranging for delivery of legal correspondence to clients, counter party and court officials;
- Organizing and maintaining documents, case files and law libraries;
- Screening requests for meetings, scheduling and organizing meetings;
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets, monitoring of expenditures, dand purchasing or acquisition of stationaries.
- SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
