- Write high-quality Xiaohongshu "grass-planting" (recommendation) posts, including product introductions, reviews, and comparisons
- Create simple Xiaohongshu images and short video content (basic editing and photo retouching skills are a plus)
- Monitor user feedback, engage with the audience through comments, and enhance brand influence
- Research and collaborate with Xiaohongshu KOLs/KOCs to arrange promotional partnerships
2. Social Media Marketing- Assist in managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts
- Write social media copy and plan daily posts/short video content
- Participate in short video shooting and editing (e.g., TikTok / Xiaohongshu videos)
- Track social media engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) and optimize content strategies
3. Advertising Support- Assist in managing Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Learn and execute Xiaohongshu in-platform advertising (paid promotions)
- Analyze ad performance and submit optimization reports
4. E-commerce Marketing(This section can be removed if Shopee/Lazada is not included in your operations.)
- Assist in managing Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop promotional campaigns
- Conduct competitor research, optimize product descriptions and store details
- Plan live-streaming or short video promotional strategies
5. Data Analysis- Track and compile traffic data from social media, Xiaohongshu, and e-commerce platforms
- Use Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Xiaohongshu analytics tools for data analysis
