- Ability to effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, or live chat.
- Proficient in Word and Excel, with strong office Documentation Skills.
- Be proactive and enthusiastic, with a strong passion for customer service.
- Working hours: 9:00AM-6:00PM (1 hour lunch break)
