  • Min education must possess at least Secondary level / SPM.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia].
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to quickly understand and address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel, with strong office Documentation Skills.
  • Be proactive and enthusiastic, with a strong passion for customer service.
  • Working hours: 9:00AM-6:00PM (1 hour lunch break)
