Job Description

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Answer and screen telephone calls, take messages, and provide timely follow-ups.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including air tickets, visa applications, and hotel bookings.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, letters, and reports with accuracy.
  • Assist with corporate governance responsibilities, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 1965 (e.g., Annual Returns, AGMs, Board Resolutions).
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including VIPs and international affiliates.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Director or management team.

  • SECRETARY

    Requirement

    • Education: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or equivalent.
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting senior management or Directors.

      Skills

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
      • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
      • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
      • Discreet and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
      • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM.
