Job DescriptionManage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.Answer and screen telephone calls, take messages, and provide timely follow-ups.Organize travel arrangements, including air tickets, visa applications, and hotel bookings.Prepare and manage correspondence, letters, and reports with accuracy.Assist with corporate governance responsibilities, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 1965 (e.g., Annual Returns, AGMs, Board Resolutions).Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including VIPs and international affiliates.Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Director or management team.Interest with qualified candidates please send in your full resume attached with recent passport size photograph to HR - at [email protected]
SECRETARY Requirement- Education: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting senior management or Directors.
Skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Discreet and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM.
