- Supervise payroll processing, handle statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), and record and report on foreign workers' levy and other employee documents.
- Develop, implement, and execute HR policies and procedures to align with company objectives and goals.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies (e.g., managing paper, ink, and other stationery supplies).
- Monitor, implement, and execute ISO quality procedures in the HR department, including supplier management, maintenance requests, and customer inquiries.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and handle HR-related issues.
- A Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
