Position Overview- The Senior Account Executive at Tisen Malaysia is responsible for overseeing financial transactions, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in financial reporting, taxation, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:Financial Management & Reporting- Maintain and oversee full sets of accounts, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger (GL).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for business operations.
- Perform bank reconciliations, payment processing, and cash flow management.
Taxation & Compliance- Ensure compliance with Malaysia’s financial regulations, taxation laws, and company policies.
- Prepare and submit SST, corporate tax, and other statutory filings in a timely manner.
- Work closely with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies for audits and financial reviews.
Accounts Receivable & Payable- Monitor credit control, invoicing, and collections to ensure timely payments from clients.
- Manage vendor payments, expense claims, and supplier reconciliations.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and financial disputes with customers and suppliers.
Process Improvement & System Management- Implement best practices to improve accounting processes and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain and update accounting software, ERP systems, and financial records.
- Support management in financial decision-making by providing accurate data analysis.
- Lead and provide guidance to the management team.
- Execute Payroll HR via SQL.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role.Experience in trading, FMCG, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.Familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations, SST, and financial reporting standards.Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, Xero, or SAP).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial reporting, and reconciliation.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple deadlines.Careful, responsible, and driven to pursue accomplishments.Other RequirementsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (preferred but not mandatory).Possess own transport and willing to work in Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya.
