What You Will Do:

  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships and actively engage with client's key stakeholders to ensure on-going client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Design and implement innovative strategies to propel the growth of our Employee Benefits (EB) portfolio, focusing on account development and renewal.
  • Oversee and mentor the Account Renewal team, fostering a high performance culture while offering support to help them achieve their targets. Evaluate performance and, when necessary, implement corrective measures.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders (client servicing, claims, billing etc.) to ensure seamless implementation and timely delivery of products and services to optimize customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at expanding the employee benefits business. Stay updated on competitive solutions and analyze market segments to develop strategies for group products that align with market demands.
  • Stay informed about industry trends concerning regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies to ensure the implementation of optimal risk management practices, uphold high standards of integrity and accountability, and ultimately enhance the protection of the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 7 years of working experience within the Malaysian insurance industry.
  • Experience in Employee Benefits is must-have.
  • Interest in using technology to build unique propositions and improve insurance process efficiencies.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Entrepreneurial, engaging and collaborative mindset
