Description

Solarvest is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Administrator to support our business development team in driving growth and efficiency. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring that our business development efforts are organized and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuring that all required documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of business development activities, including tracking leads, opportunities, and contracts.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and presentations for the business development team.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Facilitate communication within the team and with external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups and information sharing.
  • Support the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives by providing administrative and logistical assistance.
  • Manage the administration of contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to contribute to business development efforts effectively.
  • Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within business development or sales.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Interest in renewable energy and sustainability initiatives is a plus.
