*Office Hours: 8:30a.m. to 6:30p.m. 1 hr break*

Key Activities:

  • To provide excellent customer service to customers who walk in and through whatsapp
  • To prepare, compile, review documentation such as invoices, delivery orders, quotations, receipts, reports etc;
  • To carry out daily management, quality and inventory processes;
  • To ensure customer database is kept up-to-date;
  • To lead customer orders, delivery/shipping and after-sales services.
  • To manage and to ensure accuracy of stock quantity & inventory reports;
  • To understand and to execute the operational daily flow.
  • To ensure SOP and GDP for health products requirements are met.
  • To develop and update training materials and guidelines
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:
-SPM and above. Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
-Required languages: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Prefer to work in quiet environment. We welcome introverts!

-Self organised, action-oriented, result-driven and customer-centric.
-Able to work independently with pleasant personality, self-motivated, trustworthy and hardworking.
