Responsibilities:
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Malay.
Communication & Teamwork: Exhibit excellent communication skills and a strong teamwork spirit.
Registration Management: Responsible for the entire registration process of fire extinguishers from start to end user
Customer Training: Provide clients with comprehensive training on proper fire extinguisher usage and safety guidelines.
Maintenance: Regularly inspect, maintain, repair, and refill fire extinguishers to ensure optimal performance.
Delivery & Installation:
Deliver fire extinguishers to clients across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor (transportation provided).
Perform basic installation tasks, applying hands-on skills and troubleshooting techniques.
Client Coordination:
Coordinate delivery schedules and service appointments directly with clients.
Record and organize maintenance data, and promptly report any equipment irregularities.
Site Surveys:
Conduct on-site assessments to ensure adequate fire extinguisher coverage in compliance with safety standards.
Driving Requirements:
Must hold a valid D Driving License for operational duties.
Commission Opportunities:
Engage in commission-based projects for on-site fire system installations, enhancing overall sales performance.
