In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Assist to pickup inbound calls
  • Assist to handle complaint calls
  • Perform appointment calls to confirm service appointments
  • Check service backlogs, perform service re-planning and issue necessary tickets, etc.
  • Docket compilation, prepare service schedule

Duration: Depending on your university's requirement

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in business-related course)
  • Has own transport to travel to work on daily basis
