  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

About the role

Khidmat Sejati Infra Resources' is seeking a driven and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our team. This full-time internship is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Information & Communication Technology industry, with a focus on Help Desk & IT Support.

What you'll be doing

Providing first-line IT support to our users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Assisting with the installation, configuration and maintenance of computer systems and applications
Documenting IT processes and procedures to improve efficiency
Contributing to the development and implementation of IT policies and best practices
Participating in IT project planning and implementation
Liaising with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective IT service delivery

What we're looking for

Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users at all levels
Willingness to learn and adaptability to new technologies and processes
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality IT support
Familiarity with common hardware, software and networking technologies
