About the role

Reporting directly to the SENIOR ADMIN EXECUTIVE, this full-time Administrative Assistant role is a critical support position within CHEF WORKS APPAREL SDN BHD (1288633-T), a leading provider of professional culinary uniforms and hospitality apparel. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office and assist the team in achieving the company's objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and maintain the company's filing systems and records, ensuring information is well-organised and easily accessible
  • Provide excellent administrative support, including scheduling appointments, booking travel, preparing expense reports and other tasks as needed
  • Assist with the coordination and organisation of company events, meetings and presentations
  • Handle various office operations such as ordering supplies, liaising with vendors and managing office equipment
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required

  • Welcome fresh grade which are willing to learn. Fast learner.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organisation
