* Manage daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, updating reports needed by management and to assist administrative and Quotation, Purchase order and Delivery order.
* Ensure proper documentation and internal filing; other related duties as
assigned.
* Provides administrative support and ensures efficient operation of the
office.
* To assist Manager/Technician to submit document to client such as D/O order, other related needs.
Job Requirement
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
* Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel).
* Experience with AUTO COUNT system Software is an additional advantage.
* Good Communication skills
* Diligent & willing to learn.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
