Role Description
As a Logistics Fleet Administrator at FRIO Malaysia, based in Bandar Klang, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing administrative tasks related to fleet operations. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires strong organizational and coordination skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient in computer applications, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiar with route planning and fleet coordination
- Possesses a professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum high school diploma; a BSc/BA in Office Administration or a related field is preferred
- Capable of working effectively in a team-oriented environment and following instructions diligently
Job Description
- Assist on Route planning and ensure all relevant records are accurately updated
- Maintaining records of vehicles
- Monitor and track fleet vehicle utilization and performance data
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections, ensuring compliance with maintenance checklists
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to procure parts, suppliers and services
- Communicate with team members on trip and drivers arrangement
- Work closely with customer to ensure high level of customer data is received and maintained
- Ensure Proof of Delivery (POD) documents are returned, verified, and promptly stored in the shared folder
- Ensuring compliance with government rules and regulations.
