Role Description

As a Logistics Fleet Administrator at FRIO Malaysia, based in Bandar Klang, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing administrative tasks related to fleet operations. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires strong organizational and coordination skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in computer applications, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with route planning and fleet coordination
  • Possesses a professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum high school diploma; a BSc/BA in Office Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Capable of working effectively in a team-oriented environment and following instructions diligently

Job Description

  • Assist on Route planning and ensure all relevant records are accurately updated
  • Maintaining records of vehicles
  • Monitor and track fleet vehicle utilization and performance data
  • Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections, ensuring compliance with maintenance checklists
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to procure parts, suppliers and services
  • Communicate with team members on trip and drivers arrangement
  • Work closely with customer to ensure high level of customer data is received and maintained
  • Ensure Proof of Delivery (POD) documents are returned, verified, and promptly stored in the shared folder
  • Ensuring compliance with government rules and regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
