Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle all payment transaction for customer’s account (emails, WhatsApp)
- Process incoming mail for the department; Scan, attach and update accounts as needed
- Follow up on collection status with collector personnel
- Follow up with Customers to request proper documentation for claims purpose
- Audit and check payments to ensure validity
- Complete tasks and projects assigned by the collections manager
- Maintain adherence with all department and company policies and procedures
