Immediate Hiring!Our client is seeking a Cashier to provide excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, friendly, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Process customer purchases accurately using the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment transactions securely.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Monitor cash register balances and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow company policies regarding sales, promotions, and customer service.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is an advantage.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and digital payment methods.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
