Position Overview

    Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Identify and target potential clients, including beauty brands, cosmetics companies, and retailers.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in purchasing, marketing, and procurement teams.
  • Present tailored GWP and promotional gift solutions to meet client needs and campaign objectives.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to close deals while ensuring profitability.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by understanding their needs and proposing relevant solutions.

    Market & Product Strategy

  • Keep up with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging beauty & retail market demands.
  • Work closely with the product development and sourcing teams to create innovative and high-quality GWP solutions.
  • Provide insights on customer preferences to improve product selection and pricing strategies.

    Sales Operations & Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and operations) to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Track sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, and report key metrics to management.
  • Attend industry networking events and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Education & Experience

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or promotional gift industry.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach to closing deals.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
