Position Overview- The Sales Executive (B2B) is responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with beauty brands, retailers, and distributors.
- This role focuses on providing Gift with Purchase (GWP) solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth execution of sales orders.
- The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the beauty and retail industry, is highly proactive, and excels in B2B sales strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development- Identify and target potential clients, including beauty brands, cosmetics companies, and retailers.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in purchasing, marketing, and procurement teams.
- Present tailored GWP and promotional gift solutions to meet client needs and campaign objectives.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to close deals while ensuring profitability.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by understanding their needs and proposing relevant solutions.
Market & Product Strategy- Keep up with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging beauty & retail market demands.
- Work closely with the product development and sourcing teams to create innovative and high-quality GWP solutions.
- Provide insights on customer preferences to improve product selection and pricing strategies.
Sales Operations & Coordination- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and operations) to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Track sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, and report key metrics to management.
- Attend industry networking events and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Education & ExperienceDiploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.2–5 years of B2B sales experience in the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or promotional gift industry.Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach to closing deals.Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.Possess own transport and willing to travel.
