    Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Growth

  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities with beauty brands, cosmetics companies, and retailers.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts, including major clients and other top FMCG brands.
  • Develop tailored GWP solutions to meet brand campaign requirements and sales objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sales terms to achieve profitability and revenue targets.
  • Ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships by providing exceptional client service.

    Account Management & Client Relations

  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, sourcing, logistics, and finance) to ensure seamless order execution.
  • Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and continued business growth.

    Market & Product Strategy

  • Keep up with industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor movements to stay ahead in the market.
  • Work with the product development and sourcing teams to create innovative and cost-effective GWP solutions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.

    Reporting & Sales Planning

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Attend networking events to expand the business network.

Education & Experience

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the beauty, FMCG, or promotional gifts industry.
  • Proven experience in managing high-value corporate clients or multinational beauty brands.

    Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Highly sales-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities.
