Position Overview- The Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager at Tisen Malaysia will play a crucial role in expanding the company's B2B business in the GWP and FMCG industry.
- This position involves developing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly skilled in strategic sales negotiations, and has experience managing major clients in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industries.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Growth- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities with beauty brands, cosmetics companies, and retailers.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts, including major clients and other top FMCG brands.
- Develop tailored GWP solutions to meet brand campaign requirements and sales objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sales terms to achieve profitability and revenue targets.
- Ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships by providing exceptional client service.
Account Management & Client Relations- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, sourcing, logistics, and finance) to ensure seamless order execution.
- Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and continued business growth.
Market & Product Strategy- Keep up with industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor movements to stay ahead in the market.
- Work with the product development and sourcing teams to create innovative and cost-effective GWP solutions.
- Provide insights and recommendations for pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Reporting & Sales Planning- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Attend networking events to expand the business network.
Education & ExperienceDiploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the beauty, FMCG, or promotional gifts industry.Proven experience in managing high-value corporate clients or multinational beauty brands.Skills & CompetenciesStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships.Highly sales-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive.Analytical and strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.Other RequirementsWilling to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and business development.Fluent in English, Mandarin, or Bahasa Malaysia (preferred).Possess own transport and willing to travel.
