1. Lead the Team to a Successful Event- Supervise and lead the team to ensure smooth operations before, during, and after the event.
- Obtain quality leads during the event.
- When there is no event or roadshow activation, work as a Runner at the Health Screening Centre (HSC).
2. Record Updates- Enter and update customer information in the database (existing & new clients).
- Record names, addresses, package details, payments, and appointment details.
- Gather potential client contacts through referrals, websites, events, and vouchers.
- Identify potential clients and process inquiries accurately.
- Compile and submit all event leads within 24 hours.
3. Sharing Information About Products or Services- Explain products, services, and pricing (customized packages).
- Answer customer inquiries and persuade potential clients to enroll in health screening packages.
- Deliver promotional information to clients as needed.
- Direct prospects to the sales team for sales opportunities.
- Handle grievances professionally to maintain the company’s reputation.
4. Other Responsibilities- Prepare event materials, load & unload items, and set up booths.
- Manage event personnel, transport, and logistics.
- Oversee store management.
- Provide BMI consultations when needed.
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department or Management.
Minimum Requirements- Minimum high school certification or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an event crew member.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs, especially Microsoft Office.
- Experience handling healthcare machines and gadgets.
- Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to prospects.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain cool-tempered.
- Strong customer service and prospecting skills.
- Product knowledge and client relationship management.
