Job Scope & Responsibilities

  • Liaise with on-ground employees regarding daily operations, benefits, and leave matters.
  • Manage offers and conduct background checks for shortlisted on-ground employees.
  • Work closely with management to handle and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Monitor employee attendance and ensure adherence to HR regulations.
  • Manage resignations and oversee the offboarding process.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
  • Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
    • Excellent command of English, with the ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g., Bahasa Melayu).
    • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
