  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Financial Management and Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reconciliations.

    Accounts Payable and Receivable:

    • Manage invoicing and payments to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
    • Process vendor bills, match invoices with purchase orders, and oversee expense reimbursements.
    • Reconcile accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and manage collections.

      Payroll and Tax Compliance:

      • Process monthly payroll, including EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
      • Calculate and submit tax filings
      • Maintain employee financial records, including salary adjustments and bonus payments.

        Audits and Compliance:

        • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely financial audits.
        • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and statutory requirements.
        • Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions for internal and external audits.

          Other Responsibilities:

          • Support inventory management by coordinating with the operations team on stock valuation and inventory accounting.
          • Assist in system upgrades or implementations for accounting software.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, optionally Bahasa Malaysia
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to change, find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
  • Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.

  • Familiar with Accounting Software: MYOB, SQL.
