JOB SCOPE
- Responsible for monthly payroll process (HR2000).
- Assist Head of Group Human Resource.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR administration functions and duties (including print out all documents that received via email)
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues and assist in answering employee questions.
- Answering phone call & reply email.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Diploma/Degree in HR Management or its equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Working experience in hotels/resorts would be an added advantage.
- Preferably with own transportation.
- Able to perform duties independently, speedily, and accurately.
- Good in IT skills and administrative skills.
- Good communication skills (written and spoken).
- Able to multi-task effectively.
- Able to start work immediately.
Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
