About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and providing valuable insights to support business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders and data engineers to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and strategic alignment.

Job Definition

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to generate reports, forecasts, and business insights.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to address specific business challenges.
  • Gather, organize, and extract insights from structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Ensure data quality through robust cleaning and preprocessing techniques.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to maintain database integrity and accessibility.
  • Conduct market research and prepare insightful presentations for stakeholders.
  • Work closely with business teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Strong technical skills in Python and MySQL, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Knowledge of web scraping and data preprocessing is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data integrity skills.
  • Ability to work proactively, collaboratively, and independently in a team environment.
