Kenangan Coffee is a brand under Kenangan who owns Kopi Kenangan in Indonesia. We are the first F&B unicorn in SEA. Since we launched our first coffee retail outlet in KLCC Malaysia in Oct 2022; we have since grown to more than 90 coffee outlets in Malaysia and we are still expanding.
We are looking for an Admin Executive to handle the company's fixed asset and ensure that all assets are properly recorded.
- Working location: Damansara Uptown, Malaysia
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Min. Diploma degree holder.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, including acquisition dates, costs, locations, and serial numbers.
- Prepare and maintain asset-related reports.
- Maintain records of disposed assets and update asset registers accordingly.
- Utilize fixed asset management software or ERP systems to maintain the database and update records as needed.
- Work closely with the project, accounting, operations, and procurement teams to ensure accuracy in asset records.
