  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities & Authorities

  • Ensure the Quality Management System and HSE Management System is understood and implement accordingly.
  • Responsible for effective functioning of day to day Machining & Pig Assembly activities.
  • Co-ordinate and control of on the material usage, quality of machining products, quality of works and environmental work.
  • Familiarize himself with the Machining work schedule, product drawings, specifications, procedure and work instructions.
  • Maintain vigilance on Machining activities so as to avoid misuse and damaged of PU product, material during production.
  • Maintain safe and tidy production area (good housekeeping).
  • Inspection of Machining & Pig Assembly activities and signing off related record and checklists and submit to the Superior.
  • Ensure comply with the requirement of Procedure, work instruction/specification and drawing.
  • Record the all Machining activities on each day.
  • Ensure PU products are store safely & according to storage procedure.
  • Perform any tasks and responsibilities as and when required.

Education & Experience (Preferred)

  • At least Diploma/Certificate – Manufacturing, Machining or Mechanical with 1 – 5 years of experiences

Skills & Knowledge (Required or To Be Provided if do not possess)

  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge in Safety Procedure
  • Basic knowledge in plastic/polymer or mechanical
  • Knowledge in machinery maintenance
  • Basic knowledge of QC Tools Analysis, 7QC Tool, SPC
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Possess good interpersonal skill and able to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
