  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. To be familiarised with and complies with all relevant standards, guidelines and statutory & regulatory requirements when performing QC tasks and duties.

2. To be familiarised with (QMS) as specified in the regulatory compliance manual (RCM), Quality Control (QC) standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Guidelines and Work Instruction (WI) and to ensures compliance when performing QC tasks and duties.

3. Reference to inspections as per Quality Plan, to carry out Quality Control (QC) inspections during:ality Plan, to carry out Quality Control (QC) inspections during:

  • Receiving of incoming raw materials, components, and fabricated part – to ensure they conform to product specifications and customer requirements as specified in technical drawing(s)
  • In-process-to ensure product safety and performances comply with specifications, standards and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Finished products – to ensure all physical parts and component are properly assembly in correct quantity and packed in accordance to specification, standards, and relevant statutory and regulatory requirement.

4. In the event where non-conformity note NCN form to the responsible party. Should the occurrence of non-conforming product is related to safety and performance of the products a Corrective Action request (CAR) should also be raised to the responsible party.

5. Follow-up with the status of the NCN and/or CAR issued every month and report to QA Manager.

6. To prepare monthly data of QC inspection carried out during the month and submit to the QA Manager by the 7th days of the following month.

7. To study and investigate customer complaints pertaining to Quality matter.

8. Continuously review and propose measures to improve quality and inspection system.

9. Maintain good housekeeping of QC department work area.

10. Ensure all QC tests equipment & tools are recorded in the instrument, measuring and test equipment (IMTE) master list and schedule for their maintenance and calibration be recorded and tracked.

11. Assist the QA Manager in the process of reviewing, updating and preparation of Regulatory/ Quality Documentation.

12. Any other responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
