  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

  • Responsible for BIM Project Execution Plan (PEP).
  • BIM coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up
  • Coordinate process, provides reports with the identification and/or resolution of conflicts, coordinate, define and establish file naming structure and file sharing management.
  • Act as main point of contact with external parties (Client, Architect, Contractor) and attend all meetings related to BIM issues.
  • Coordinate, faciltates and records BIM related meetings with other disciplines.
  • Assures proper deliverables are met and provided in requirements as specified and agreed in BIM PEP.
  • Carry out modelling and detailing of Mechanical Building Services.
  • Assist project teams in BIM project setup.
  • Create Revit Families in response to project need.
  • Help resolve BIM design issues.
  • Manage and distribute coordinated digital documents to the project team.
  • Coordinate needed hardware/ software upgrades with IT and communicate with Client/Architect/Contractors to receive, coordinate and update all electronic models.
  • Linking BIM to the project administration for submittals, design drawings/model and construction drawings/model.
  • Monitor/checking if there are any clashes among mechanical and electrical (M&E) services and also between M&E Services and other disciplines.
  • Assists in Model Quantity Take-off for preparation of Bill of Quantities from BIM Models for cost estimation and tender document preparation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in design or drafting services.
  • Must have an in-depth working knowledge of Autocad, Revit and Navisworks.
  • Must have BIM certificate
  • Must have basic PC experience in Windows environments, working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database software.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
