Site Coordinator
Location based at Taman Johor Jaya, Johor Bahru
Operation hour : - 08.30 am - 17.30 pm (Monday - Saturday) + OT
08.30 am - 13.00 pm ( Saturday) + OT
RESPONSIBILITY :-
- Perform project administrative tasks.
- Task will be assigned by superior from time to time.
- To assist general workers with the client’s site registration for all matters related to their work permit including safety permit.
- Compute and handling of tender, cost estimation & quantity take-off.
- Prepare budgets and cost control of the projects.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers’ orders, progress and claims.
- Implementation of contractual knowledge and drafting project correspondence.
- Liaise and work closely with suppliers and contractors.
- Coordinate with site team on job task and logistic arrangement.
- Keep track and update of project performance and deliveries.
- Any other reasonable duties as necessary for meeting the business requirement.
- To follow up on project and be the middle person of contact between developers, company & agent.
- To conduct continuing project trainings to new and existing agents.
- To develop, prepare, coordinate presentations and proposals to existing or new clients.
SKILL REQUIRED :-
- AUTOCAD required
- CIDB holder
- Strong verbal and communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent and self-motivated with minimum supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
