Account Executive
1. Review the company's financial income and expenditure documents and vouchers.
2. Regularly record and reconcile the company’s general ledger.
3. Prepare regular company financial statements and other financial analysis materials.
4. Conduct inventory counts, calculate employee commissions, discounts on goods, interest, etc.
5. Prepare financial statements and accounts based on the annual or periodic schedule, calculate and arrange payroll distribution, and prepare reconciliation statements.
6. Handle business tax filing and reconciliation tables, various income withholding tax filings, and coordinate with tax authorities for processing official correspondence.
7. Perform independent accounting, 401 filings, reconciliation tables, and fixed asset depreciation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in HR or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with HQ (Taiwan)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
