  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Able to handle full set of accounts
  • Supervising AP/AR staffs on daily & responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate and manage a team of staff
  • Monitor and reviews the work of Senior Accounts Executive, Accounts Assistants and Accounts Clerk
  • Coach and train Accounts Assistants and Accounts clerk, and bring out their capabilities
  • Perform monthly supplier/bank reconciliation
  • Liaise with other department on program/event involvement
  • To review process, procedures and controls to ensure financial information is obtain in a timely, completeness, and accuracy of all financial reports
  • Handling day to day operations for accounting department in ensuring efficient process flow
  • To prepare and coordinate on year-end audit schedule, documents and taxation matters
  • Report directly to Head Of Finance
  • Any other ad-hoc related tasks within the company as assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
