Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily operational coordination and scheduling.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and necessary paperwork.
  • Monitor and track inventory, shipments, or workforce deployment as needed.
  • Address operational issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Perform other administrative or support tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in coordination, scheduling, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
