Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operational coordination and scheduling.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and necessary paperwork.
- Monitor and track inventory, shipments, or workforce deployment as needed.
- Address operational issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in coordination, scheduling, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
