Spearaxis Sdn Bhd is a dynamic engineering consulting company committed to operational excellence. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to support our daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist in handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
  • Maintain and update records, reports, and databases accurately.
  • Assist in procurement of office supplies and liaising with vendors.
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly, including maintenance and facility coordination.
  • Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks when required.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Organization & Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and [other relevant languages].
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in handling documents, data entry, and reporting.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle administrative challenges and find effective solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well with colleagues and support different departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
