  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Qualifications

  • A graduate in LLB;
  • Candidate must possess at least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field;
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Admission to the Bar is an added advantage.

Job Scope:

  • Draft, review, and revise a range of contracts, which includes Letter of Awards (LOA), Sublease and Tenancy Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, Non-disclosure Agreements, Consultancy Agreement, and various legal contracts.
  • Assist in providing legal advice/opinion in contract negotiation and legal documents.
  • Prepare standard contract templates and revise for specific interrelated company usage.
  • Work with the legal team, external legal counsel, and interrelated companies and all legal department’s scope of work.
  • Able to work independently and proactive in resolving issues and problems in the legal department and interrelated companies.
  • Must be diligent, responsible, meticulous, and maintain high integrity in work ethics.
  • Liaising and coordinating with various local and regulatory authorities including Inland Revenue Board Malaysia (LHDN), local authorities, land offices, Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia (SKM) and others.
  • Undertake in preparation of resolutions and documents for lodgment to the relevant authorities.
  • Update and maintain all relevant statutory records and documents for all interrelated companies.
  • Able to multitask and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
  • Well versed in Companies Act 2016, Co-operatives Act 1993 and Companies Commission of Malaysia’s requirements.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
