Key Responsibilities:

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical solutions in the company’s CRM system.
- Customer Education: Provide guidance and training on product usage and best practices.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Knowledge Base Contribution: Assist in creating and updating support documents, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Log Management: Clear daily inquiry logs to maintain service efficiency.
- No Phone Calls: All interactions are through live chat with no cold calling required.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Linguistics, or related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service or technical support experience is advantageous.
- Problem-Solving: Positive, empathetic attitude with a solution-driven mindset.
- Work Environment: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
