  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Warranty Administrator to join our team in Damansara City Mall.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process claims for validity and accuracy in timely manner.
  • Processes all necessary documents pertaining to warranty claims, payables, and parts for every warranty claim.
  • Review all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and verify criteria compliance.
  • Maintain detailed notes about warranty issues.
  • Understand standard warranty coverages and purchased coverages.
  • Perform administrative duties from ordering to arrival, submission of reimbursement and issuing notification to owners.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive warranty administration or related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the automotive industry or related field
  • Certification in sales or marketing
