Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
Employee Records and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist in processing employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Support the payroll process by gathering attendance and leave data.
- Assist employees with benefit inquiries and coordinate with vendors for insurance and other benefits.
Employee Relations:
- Address basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities, including events and team-building activities.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
General Administrative Support:
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and interviews.
- Maintain HR supplies and manage office communications.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
