  • Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.

Employee Records and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Assist in processing employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Support the payroll process by gathering attendance and leave data.
  • Assist employees with benefit inquiries and coordinate with vendors for insurance and other benefits.

Employee Relations:

  • Address basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement activities, including events and team-building activities.

Compliance and Policy Implementation:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.

General Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and interviews.
  • Maintain HR supplies and manage office communications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
