Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions related to logistics operations, including invoicing, freight charges, and payment processing.
- Prepare and reconcile accounts payable and receivable for transportation, warehousing, and third-party logistics services.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing for clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain financial records, process bank reconciliations, and track cash flow for logistics expenses.
- Monitor and control logistics costs, ensuring cost-effectiveness in freight and operational expenses.
- Assist in financial reporting, tax compliance, and audits related to logistics transactions.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to streamline financial processes and improve cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including customs duties, SST, and other financial obligations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts, preferably in the logistics, freight, or supply chain industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Knowledge of financial regulations related to logistics.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
