We are launching a new business and seeking a results-driven Business Growth & Market Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts. This role is ideal for someone skilled in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, building client relationships, developing sales strategies, and negotiating deals to drive revenue growth and market share. The ideal candidate will also have experience leading sales and marketing teams to execute strategic initiatives successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence.
  • Present proposals and business pitches to prospective clients and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and close deals to secure profitable business partnerships.
  • Lead and manage sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with growth objectives.
