Duties and Responsibilities

Inventory Management and Order Processing

  • Track the progress of replenished products for retail and salon orders, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Update internal databases with order details, including vendors, quantities, and prices.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
  • Monitor stock movement and initiate timely replenishment.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager to ensure sufficient stock for daily sales and operations.
  • Follow standard workflows for payment approval, including generating GRNs and updating product lists.

Reporting

  • Review the quality of purchased products and provide feedback to the Training Manager.
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses, and submit them to the Account Manager.
  • Report to the Training Manager on the quality and quantity of products for retail and salon.
  • Report to the Account Manager on all documents related to order payment, stock variance, product lists, and monthly stock reports for retail and salon.

Other Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly stock takes.
  • Source sponsorship gifts from suppliers to support company events.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and practices.
  • Perform any ad hoc projects or tasks assigned by the immediate superior or department manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
