Job description
- Respond to customer queries related to after-sales services, including returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
- Assist customers by providing timely solutions and updates regarding their issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and service.
- Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain records of all returns and exchanges for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including details of inquiries, claims, and resolutions.
- Update systems and databases with relevant after-sales information, ensuring all documentation is properly filed.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to facilitate smooth after-sales processes.
- Ensure returned products are processed correctly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma in business administrative, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in an administrative or maintenance coordination role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
