Job description

  • Respond to customer queries related to after-sales services, including returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
  • Assist customers by providing timely solutions and updates regarding their issues.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and service.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain records of all returns and exchanges for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including details of inquiries, claims, and resolutions.
  • Update systems and databases with relevant after-sales information, ensuring all documentation is properly filed.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to facilitate smooth after-sales processes.
  • Ensure returned products are processed correctly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma in business administrative, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or maintenance coordination role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
