We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
JOB DESCSRIPTION:
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and raising issue related to the company products.
- Handle project's customer service issues (Shopee, Lazada)
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service and accurate information.
- Deliver the best service to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures.
- You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Passions in customer service field.
- Fresh graduates in any field are encouraged to apply (Training will be provided).
- Able to work on weekend, public holiday on rotational shift
- Able to serve short notice/immediate available.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
