Job Description:
Are you a data-driven digital marketing enthusiast with a knack for uncovering insights through analytics? We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team! This role will be pivotal in optimizing our clients' digital marketing strategies through expert implementation of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics to ensure seamless tracking, reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tag Management & Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain Google Tag Manager configurations to enable accurate tracking of digital campaigns and user interactions.
  • Google Analytics Setup & Configuration: Configure Google Analytics properties, custom events, goals, and eCommerce tracking to measure performance against business KPIs.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Develop robust tracking mechanisms to monitor campaign effectiveness, website performance, and user behavior. Create custom reports and interactive dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze data to identify performance trends, user patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Present clear, data-backed recommendations to improve campaign ROI and digital performance.
  • User Experience Analysis: Collaborate with the UX and content teams to assess user behavior and provide recommendations to enhance user journey and conversion rates.
  • Continuous Optimization: Monitor tagging accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies to ensure data integrity. Stay updated with the latest trends in analytics and performance marketing.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of digital tracking frameworks, tag management systems, and data layer structures.
  • Ability to configure and troubleshoot Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and eCommerce tracking.
  • Proven experience in creating performance reports and dashboards using tools like Google Looker Studio or Data Studio.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with user experience (UX) analysis is a plus.
